A transcription for solo organ of six beloved pieces from the so-called Anna Magdalena notebooks. The works included are: Polonaise in G minor, BWV Anh. 125 (Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach); Menuet in G major, BWV Anh. 114 (Christian Petzold); Gavotte in G major, BWV 816 (Johann Sebastian Bach); Musette in D, BWV Anh. 126 [Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach]; Bist du bei mir, BWV Anh. 508 (Gottfried Heinrich Stölzel); March in D major, BWV Anh. 122 (Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach).

The Minuet and Gavotte are preserved in their two-stave versions, but the other pieces have been expanded to suit instruments with multiple manuals and pedals. Individual pieces are ideal for concert or service music including for weddings and funerals. The entire suite lasts 9½ minutes and makes for an excellent concert or recital set.
