The Magnificat for choir and strings, formerly attributed to Dietrich Buxtehude (1637-1707) is freely adapted for upper voices and organ by James Kennerley.

The edition was made for the choristers of Saint Paul’s Choir School, Harvard Square. It may be May be performed with two organs in antiphony. It may also be performed with one or two violins and continuo.
